2-season-rooms are typically crafted for Spring and Summer use. These rooms are typically constructed with minimal insulation, and the window-coverings are often only screens. Perfect for those who love to sip their coffee outdoors, or bird watch, but want to minimize their exposure to insects or to the sun.
3-Season Rooms
3-Season-rooms are the perfect middle ground for adding space to your home, while being more cost effective than a full addition. This room is equipped with standard windows, standard framing, and solid walls; however, heating and cooling is not typically included throughout the new room.
4-Season rooms
Finally, 4-Season rooms are constructed to be utilized in all seasons and weather conditions. They have HVAC fitted throughout and are well-insulated. This option is fantastic if you are building the room to serve a year-long purpose, such as a mudroom, or a home office.
